Применение иностранного права в МЧП РМ

Разместила на портале Social Sciences Research Network статью на английском языке о применении иностранного права в международном частном праве Республики Молдова.
Аннотация:

The article contains a short overview of an important problem of international private law – application of foreign law. The first part of the article describes general principles of application of foreign law, including its regulation in the Civil Code of Republic of Moldova; the second part is dedicated to comparative analysis; the third part is about specifics of application and interpretation of foreign law. In the international private law of Republic of Moldova this problem isn’t examined as detailed and thorough as it should be due to its essential complexity.
